"Proofing ended up being frustrating"
I didn’t have a great experience with the proofing process. A few edits I asked for were missed, and then I had to go back and explain the same things again, which got really frustrating. My sister was helping me look everything over too, and we both started getting nervous about how the final cards would turn out. It slowed the whole process down more than I expected, and it just wasn’t the experience I was hoping for...

"Looked fine online, arrived in rough shape"
I felt a bit misled by how this was presented. I expected the cards to arrive safely packaged, but the box showed up crushed and a bunch of the cards were bent. Disappointing, especially since it seemed like it would be handled better.

"Slow responses and not very helpful"
I ordered some invitations and had a important question about the delivery date, so I emailed customer support right away. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear back for several days, which was really stressful considering there was a timeline involved.
I also tried using the chat option, but it felt like I was just being passed from one person to another. When someone finally did respond, the answer was vague and basically amounted to “please wait,” which didn’t really help me at all.

By the time I got any sort of response, it was too late to make changes. The cards themselves turned out fine, so no issue there, but the customer service experience was slow and frustrating. I probably would not order from them again.

"Didn't feel as eco-friendly as I expected"
I was hoping this would feel a bit more sustainable, but the paper just felt kind of cheap to me. I didn’t really get that eco-friendly vibe I was expecting.

"My order is really late"
I ordered my cards a while ago, and they still haven’t shown up. I’ve been checking for updates, but at this point I’m just frustrated and disappointed because I was really hoping to have them by now

"Really disappointed with the print quality"
I was expecting the prints to look a lot better, but they came out dull and kind of blurry. The colors were nothing like I hoped, and after seeing the final result, I don’t really feel confident ordering from here again. Just didn’t feel worth the money.

"The photo upload nearly broke me"
I was just trying to upload a few photos for my cards, and somehow it turned into a whole saga. The site kept freezing or throwing random file error messages, even though the exact same pictures worked perfectly fine everywhere else. After far too much time clicking, reloading, and questioning my life choices, I finally gave up.

"About what I expected, but too expensive"
The cards looked okay overall, but for around the price I paid, I expected better quality. They felt basic, so it just didn’t seem worth it to me.

"Shipping really tested my patience"
I was frustrated with how long my order took to arrive. The tracking barely moved for days, so I kept checking it and feeling like it was just stuck somewhere. When it finally showed up late, it threw off the plans I had made around it, which was really disappointing. The items themselves were nice enough, but the slow shipping left me feeling like I probably wouldn’t order again unless I wasn’t in any kind of hurry.

"I had an issue with my order..."
I had an issue with my order and contacted support, but the whole thing was really frustrating. They kept using wording that made it sound like they were handling it or that a fix was coming, but nothing actually changed. The replies were vague, it dragged on way too long, and in the end the problem still wasn’t really fixed. felt like they were just trying to get me to stop asking about it.

"Ordering took way longer than it should have"
I was annoyed trying to place my order. The site kept making me go back and redo things, and the options weren’t very clear. Checkout felt clunky instead of quick, and I don’t have the patience to fight with a website just to buy something. I gave up twice before finally getting it to go through. Definitely not easy to use.

"Website was definitely an experience"
I tried making a card on paperculture.com, and wow, it really tested my patience. The pages took forever to load, the editor kept freezing like that was somehow helpful, and finding my saved changes was way more confusing than it needed to be. I ended up redoing parts more than once, which was super fun, obviously. The actual products might be nice, but the website made the whole process so frustrating that I just gave up. Not really worth the hassle

"Wish there were more ways to customize it..."
I felt limited using this. I could barely change the layout or fonts, so it kind of felt like I was stuck with whatever templates they gave me... not really worth the time for what I needed

"I just didn’t find many styles that felt like me"
I spent a bit of time looking through the designs, hoping I’d find a few options that really stood out, but most of them felt kind of plain to me. There just wasn’t as much variety as I expected, and the styles that were available didn’t really match what I usually like. I wouldn’t say everything was bad, but for my taste, the selection felt limited and a little boring overall.

"Paper felt kinda cheap for what I paid"
I was let down by the paper quality. It just felt thinner than I expected, like not super sturdy at all.

The cards started bending a bit just from me handling them, and the finish looked more dull in person than I thought it would. For the price, I really expected something that felt a little nicer.
The design itself was okay I guess, but the paper made the whole order feel cheap. I probly wouldn’t order from them again
